CAT-B1 Aircraft Maintenance Technician

This program is a comprehensive training that prepares candidates who want to pursue a career in aircraft maintenance for the EASA Part-66 B1 license. The training is conducted entirely in a digital environment, and exams are held face-to-face. It includes 13 technical modules, 300 hours of technical English, and 190 hours of exam preparation. At the end of the program, participants receive internationally recognized certificates and gain the opportunity for direct employment in the industry.

What you will need?

You need to actively participate using a headset with a microphone.

Your English reading and comprehension skills are expected to be at least at B1 level.

Your desire and motivation to pursue a career in aircraft maintenance is one of the most important requirements of this training.

You should have a computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD.
What you will not need?

Yes, an aviation background is not required.

No, prior knowledge of the EASA license or a technical background is not required before the program.

No, knowledge of German is not required for this training.

No, a university degree is not necessary. Participants from outside the profession or industry can also apply to this program.
WHAT DOES THE COURSE TEACH?

This course is a comprehensive training program aimed at equipping participants with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for aircraft maintenance technician work. Throughout the training, fundamental topics such as the basics of aerospace engineering, electrical, electronic, and digital techniques are covered. Technical details like aircraft structures, engine systems, avionics, and flight control systems are emphasized to ensure participants gain mastery of real aircraft maintenance processes. Additionally, fault diagnosis, scheduled maintenance activities, and how to keep maintenance records are taught as part of maintenance applications. Participants learn all technical modules defined under EASA Part-66 while gaining regulatory knowledge including the legal framework and maintenance rules set by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Furthermore, awareness is developed regarding human factors, occupational safety, and safety procedures to be observed in maintenance environments. By the end of the course, with exam preparation stages, practical problem-solving, and interview simulations, participants are ready to embark on a professional career in the industry.
