This technical course is designed to help delegates understand how to become an IT specialist and learn the vital techniques to fulfil this role.

Businesses, school systems, nonprofits and government organizations all rely on technology. Systems fail, computers break, phones die—when that happens, we need experts to fix them. IT support is all about troubleshooting and problem solving when the tech fails and providing great customer service along the way.

This includes setting up computers for users within an organization, overseeing computer systems, and debugging whenever a problem arises. A job in IT can mean in-person or remote help desk work in a range of organizations across many different industries.

An IT Support Technician requires technical expertise and the ability to work closely with network, security and application teams.

About this Course

•   Course length : 19 weeks;
     + 4 weeks Internship 
•   Daily lesson hour :
     Self Study 13:15 –16:30 
     Online Study  18:00 - 21.45 (Berlin time)
- 4 hours life learning + 4 hours self learning mentor led
