The participant, who has a basic understanding of network and IT fundamentals before starting IT Support modules, gains introductory level knowledge about Windows and Linux in this module. Here, the participant prepares for the CompTIA Linux+ exam and obtains the second international certification.

Firewall
The participant, who has acquired the necessary knowledge in the Network and System areas, learns about the Firewall system with a high level of protection in the Defensive Security domain in this module. Here, the participant takes the Fortinet NSE 4 Firewall certification exam.

With the rise in remote work, it is essential for an IT support course to cover remote support tools, including remote desktop software, video conferencing and chat applications. Remote desktop software allows users to access and intervene on computers remotely to resolve issues.
